Exactly in the heart of rinascimental Rome, the penthouse has a breathaking terrace with a view on the roofs and the old domes of the city, a perfect scenario that allows to sit under the unique colours of Rome’s sky immersed in a 360* view to get lost in. Exactly behind Piazza Navona and therefore in one of the most strategic points to start exploring the city, it is however at the same time a few steps from the Piazza del Fico area, famous for its clubs and nightlife, and on the corner with via del Governo Vecchio, a renowned street with fashion boutiques and vintage shops. The "talking" statue of Pasquino, a representation of one of the most famous Roman legends, the "sanpietrini" stones on the ground as well as the typical restaurants present in every alley and the characteristic small fountains called "Nasoni", will make you feel like real Romans soon as you left the door of the building.

The apartment, an approximately 280mq penthouse, is located on the fourth and top floor of a 16th century building without elevator. The total renovation has cleverly divided the spaces onto two levels, with the night area at the entrance and the living area on the upper floor where there is also located the fantastic terrace. The four bedrooms are able to host a maximum of seven guests and have modern furnishings that blend perfectly with the tradition of the environments, creating a perfect synthesis of luxury and elegance, while the spacious three bathrooms in a contemporary style and finely designed offer a feeling of relaxation and well-being. The spacious entrance, the large and finely furnished double living room, an ideal relax area and equipped with every comfort, the fully furnished livable kitchen, the dedicated dining room and a laundry area complete the spaces.
